Sure do you challenge them directly on social media? Or is it just me? I think the big4 advice is very sycophantic and problematic too. Risk starts by recognizing issues and SPEAKING OUT. I had an engagement recently with a Exec who engaged to find out how to create fearlessness in a digital environment. Courage is required. eg. the antithesis of the redefined flawed PC truths that I am pleased to see has been exposed and gone quiet.

I don’t see why anyone should be afraid to challenge any influencer directly, as well as report their posts to the relevant platform. As for “fearlessness”, that has many potential ways in which that could go wrong. Fear is a human emotion we all feel. I would not want to be near anyone who says “I never feel fear”. I’d personally much more prefer an organisation have values related to courage (doing the right thing in spite of fear) and truth (making the right decision on the basis of evidence and facts) – and of course integrity.
